4x4 BUNGABEE STATE FOREST
At the front gate take a loop through Bungabee State Forest on one of the many tracks. With rock climbs to clay these tracks can fill a day of adventure. There is some easy tracks and some not for the faint hearted. Make your way down the trails to Oaky Creek. This is self guided so no bookings necessary.
WALK THE FARM
Take a stroll across the farm.
Explore Scrubby Creek and you'll find some great little holes under shaded trees. Take a walk up rock valley after the rain and see the Little Rock Pools filling. You might even be lucky to find a native Black Crayfish. You can find all sorts of wildlife from, wallaby's, bush turkeys, goanna's, echidna's and more.
MOUNTAIN BIKING
Take a ride across the property to the front gate where you will find your self at the entrance to Bungabee State Forest.
There are easy tracks for the family to take making your way up the mountain to where the bush meets the rainforest.
For the more daring riders take one of the many down hill tracks through the forest all the way to the front gate of the property.
HIKING BUNGABEE NATURE RESERVE
Get the walking boots on and take a hike across the property and through the beautiful Bungabee Nature Reserve. At the from gate you turn left up the forestry trail and follow it until you get to the ranger sign at the top saying Nature Reserve. This trail may take a few hrs so be well prepared. Or if you prefer to head out for the day the beautiful Nightcap National Park and Boarder Ranges National Park (Kyogle) have some beautiful trails and waterfalls.
